I use only organic, high-quality ingredients, preferably locally sourced. I do not use seed oils or any preservatives. Also grass-fed dairy, pasture raised eggs, and minimally processed unbleached flours.

As of right now I do not, but am always up for a challenge.

Some bakery items I produce fall under the TCS (Time/Temperature Control for Safety) food column of the Cottage Bakery Laws, and require refrigeration. Visit www.texascottagefoodlaw.com for more information.
-
Everything stores longer in the refrigerator, but a general rule of thumb goes as follows;
Unrefrigerated - cakes 2-4 days, cookies 3-5 days, brownies & bars 3-5 days, sourdough 2-3 days.

No, ROSIE’S is a home-based bakery operating under Texas Cottage Food Laws. While I take great care to keep my kitchen clean and prevent cross-contamination whenever possible, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Because every order is made specifically for you, cancellations made 14 or more days before pickup/delivery will receive a refund of any payments made. Cancellations made within 14 days of your event are non-refundable, as ingredients have already been purchased and time has already been reserved for your order.
-
Due to the custom nature of my products, refunds are generally not offered once an order has been picked up or delivered. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out within *24 hours* with photos and a description of the concern. Customer satisfaction is important to me, and I will always do my best to find a fair solution.
-
If you need to make changes, please contact me as soon as possible. Minor changes may be accommodated depending on my schedule and how close we are to the pickup/delivery date. Once work has begun on your order, certain changes may no longer be possible or will require an additional charge.
-
Once an order has been picked up or accepted at delivery, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. While I’m unable to offer refunds or replacements, I will gladly offer advice if there is anything that can be done to help salvage the product.

It’s nice to have at least a week to prepare, but I understand if there is an emergency.
-
There is a deposit required for orders over $200. 50% is due when the order is confirmed, the other 50% is due on the day of pickup/delivery.
-
I have had great success with recreating cakes from images, just be aware it may not be 100% like the image, especially if the image is AI generated.

This information is included in the “Menu” tab underneath “Cake - Sizes”.

Yes, just leave that question on the order inquiry form blank, and include that information in the “Additional Information” section at the bottom of the form.

Yes, if you are in a 10-15 minute drive from where I’m located (home is in Bee Cave), then delivery is free. Otherwise there is a $20 base delivery fee + $1.00 per mile.

Once the order/pickup date is confirmed and paid for, I will provide the details to get to my home then.
